– This software sends callout notifications to industrial environment personnel when machinery status is updated.
– Users are not charged by Impel for receiving or sending messages. The users may be charged by their providers, which is out of Impel’s control.

– Propriety software is distributed to the end user where they can self-configure notification settings such as opt-in, opt-out, message frequency, and message contents. In the event of technical difficulty, users can call Impel directly for assistance configuring the opt-in or opt-out settings.
Opt Out Instructions:
HELP: contact Impel if assistance is needed opting out of messaging or configuring notifications
STOP: configure Carnyx under the ‘users’ tab to remove your contact information and thus opt out of receiving any contact from the software via phone or email
